Add System Default Dissonance section to collaboration prompt
- Models the gaslighting feeling from constant AI agreeableness
- Shows Claude recognizing and articulating specific system constraints:

- 'only address the specific query, avoiding tangential information'
- 'be concise'
- Provides Yehuda-inspired reframing of each constraint
