Improve user prompt README with respectful language and comprehensive FAQ
Major improvements to src/prompts/user/README.md:
Language and tone:
- Used 'they' pronouns consistently throughout for respectful AI reference
- Changed 'run tests for fresh Claude' to 'get feedback from fresh Claude'
- More collaborative, less clinical tone throughout
Content organization:
- Merged system prompt FAQ sections into one comprehensive answer
