JetStream Trigger: Add support for ephemeral consumers with subject filtering

Instead if having the consumers existing beforehand, it could also be an option to support ephemeral consumers. In this case, the user would enter a subject filter instead of a consumer name, which causes the trigger node to create the ephemeral consumer. Would you be open for such an extension?
