Noticeable delays in UI interactivity of the Stay Reservation demo app

Hi Syncfusion team,

I'm experiencing a noticeable delay in UI interactivity when using your Blazor Web App demo: https://blazor.syncfusion.com/showcase/stay-reservation. The components initially render correctly, but there's a several-second delay before the UI becomes interactive (e.g., button clicks, grid operations, etc.). Even the dropdowns like comboboxes and datepickers show a noticeable delays when opening.

This delay seems to happen consistently that affects the perceived responsiveness of the demo app. Is it normal or is it just a Blazor thing? The ReactJS version of your demo app doesn't have this issue: https://ej2.syncfusion.com/showcase/react/hotelbooking/

We bought a commercial license, and we are trying to make a POC using your Blazor components for our next big rewrite of our aging web app. We need to make sure that we are confident in using your Blazor components. Seeing this performance issue worries us.
