Enhance OTP entry dimension handling in SfOtpInput

Updated SfOtpInput.cs to ensure all OTP entries have
consistent width and height properties. Added null-check
for _otpEntries to prevent exceptions. Corrected
parameter documentation in OnKeyPress method.
