File mentioned in macOS autostart instructions doesn't exist

What happened?

I previously had a working syncthing autostart setup, installed with Homebrew, and now it doesn't start up, and I'm trying to fix it. The instructions for starting Syncthing automatically on MacOS instruct the user to replace text in /etc/macos-launchd/syncthing.plist, but this file doesn't exist for me.

Yeah it's written badly, it's supposed to refer to the etc/macos-launchd that is in the archive that was downloaded in step one.
