Show response or some sort of status label #3
Description
Some issues might have a response ("we want to do this at some point", "looking for someone with the expertise & time to do it", "maybe once A and B has happened", etc). It might be good to highlight this on the issues in question on the roadmap site. We could for example look for some magic string comments on the issue, like #roadmap-response at the end, potentially filtered by being created by a member of the organization or something like that.
