Possible bug in Get-OspreyTenantAppsAndConsents

Is this a mispelling? Should it be "AllPrincipals"?

In the Microsoft documentation it looks like it's a mispelling:

[syne0]

I wondered why I was having so much trouble with that specific portion. The script that MS provides is sort of broken as well, so that whole portion is commented out.

It's pretty noisy as well since it grabs like 100 built-in MS apps, but there's probably work to be done to clean it up.

Fixing that portion is on my future todo...
