Data Backup functionality not working for all categories

This may not be fully implemented yet (#307) but raising anyway.
Observed while testing on the backend from e2e tests (see: bitkit-e2e-tests/docker).

It appears that backup only works for Widgets and Settings. All the other backup fail. Hitting restart icon next to each failing category often results with crash of the app.

It's true, only settings and widgets data backup is fully implemented together with this status screen.

The others are a bit more tricky, since we don't necessarily use the same grouping for data.

Also, ldk-node is separately managing its own backups (channels, etc) so we'll have to account for that when showing statuses.

Anyways, it's good to have an issue created for each implementation or fix that needs to be done, thanks for adding this 🙏🏻

Issue is resolved ever since the the Backup & Restore implementation was completed.
