iOS Electrum settings: keyboard covers connect/reset buttons

Actual
Both launch keyboard that partially covers buttons. You also cannot close the numerical keyboard.

Expected
Buttons should not be covered.

The design is not explicit here but I would prefer to have the buttons not be pushed above the keyboard and therefore overlaying other UI. So tests would need to consider this and hide the keyboard before trying to press the buttons. On iOS you also can't set a numerical keyboard to have a "done" button. As I've since learned iOS users are used to dismiss keyboards by scroll down, so I will add that and tests will have to do so too.

Fixed in #261. The buttons stay behind the keyboard now always, and the keyboard can be dismissed by either scrolling or tapping outside.
