Cannot edit network fees when connecting to External Channel

To reproduce:

• Add new lightning connection (Settings > Advanced > Lightnign Connections > Add Connection)
• Advanced > Manual Setup
• Fill in node id, host, port
• and hit "Continue"

Expected:
On subsequent confirmation screen one should be able to set custom fee via SetCustomFee pencil button, as it is on bitkit-android and bitkit RN.

Actual:
Not possible to custom edit fees.

This is a missing feature in ldk-node and it would require changes in a dependency of a dependency (ie. rust-lightning, dependency of ldk-node).

It is not working in Android either, it's only there as a UI option but it has no functional effect on the actual fee of the channel opening tx.

My suggestion is to drop it altogether from the requirements, as I've already done to the feature on the roadmap, which got moved out of scope of native v1 release.

It doesn't seem to be a critical feature IMO and the ROI for investing time into getting it in native v1 seems more risky than relevant.

Fair enough. Created synonymdev/bitkit-android#548 for removing it from UI in Android.
