Make Import/Export CSV more alike

What is the problem you are trying to solve with this feature?

1. Locations as mentioned in the docs when exporting do not support nested locations
2. HB.archived is not supported by import
3. Rename HB.labels (import) to HB.tags (like export)

What is the solution you are proposing?

Make the changes mentioned above
Im not a programmer but maybe making a universal data layer so also in the future new fields or new features will be easy to add
