Hi,
I've finally found THE home inventory tool that perfectly matches my needs! Simple, Quick and efficient.

I've already started a custom-made app, labeled, and registered many items.

I can export my data to CSV to import it into HomeBox, but QR codes are managed internally and cannot be changed at the moment. (homeboxurl+asset-id)
The ability to relink item assets to a custom QR code would be extremely useful—not only for me but also for other migrating users.

This feature should be available for both items and locations, as I have also labeled boxes and containers with QR codes.

Printing labels for locations would also be a plus.

I hope that these functions can be implemented soon because they seem essential to me (and other migrators).

Unfortunately I have to wait until then to start using HomeBox. But I'm confident in the community.

You can just print the QR for a (nested) Location (=Box).

Yes but I can't attach an existent qrcode to a location or item
