The URL used is always based on the URL you browse homebox with. If you visit from the IP address/domain always then the QR code will be printed correctly. |

Would there be appetite to add a setting for baseURL that we can set that will always take from this new setting, rather than Happy to implement myself but I see no user settings page. This would be similar for the labels generation page tool setting but for the in app QR codes. - In fact maybe these settings want to be linked somehow? My use case is similar to OP's I have this hosted locally but accessible externally via cloudflare, depending on if i'm on wifi or not depends on the base url. I have implemented a similar feature before in a somewhat related project, spoolman. |

Hi I am new here.
I installed Homebox with docker, on linux. in a folder like Home/homeBox. i used docker compose and in my env I used HBOX_BASE_URL. I have laptop running homebox on linux, its url when installed is localhost:3100. I can then on same LAN get to the laptop on the LAN with LaptopIPADDRESS:3100. However, if i want to scan any qr code with my cell phone using the web browser for example then it scans as localhost and my phone will not arrive to the correct destination - it should be ipaddress:3100/a/b - is the env variable supposed to change it? how can i fix this
