What is the problem you are trying to solve with this feature?
It seems that currently the only place where photo of an asset can be rotated is via Create - Item/Asset menu. There does not seem to rotate it once it's attached to an item.
What is the solution you are proposing?
Add an option to rotate the image at any point in time.
