An event management system. This might be used for meetups, concerts, presentations, conferences, etc...

* What do we want to accomplish in an initial release?

• Go (a framework like Buffalo is preferred for rapid development)
• PostgreSQL
• Redis

* What would be our development process?

• Use github as the management platform for issues, roadmap, scrum cards, etc... (maybe change this on the run)
• All code should be proposed as a Pull Request
• Define work for sprints o whatever name we want to use and only work on that stuff
• Weekly meetings (remote)
• Test are a must for each code proposal
• Automate tests using github or whatever service we want
• If a piece of code does not pass tests can't be merged

A design phase is a must. Starting with the wireframing.

These are the other options we're evaluating:

Other things we need to decide are:

0. Should we use an ORM? (I suggest Gorm for this).
1. Which git workflow are we going to use? (I suggest we use the git-flow branching model without the CLI, I don't like the CLI).
2. How are we going to version tuly? (I suggest we use semantic versioning.
3. Which CI/CD service are we going to use?
