Hi at all,

just by accident i discovered this thread.

Since the first fw on Release the "moon light" feature is gone with fw updates, I am really mad on Xiaomi.
No I see a pontial solution here :)
What i do not understand:

• is it possible to run this fw stand alone "like standard tasmota switch" ?

• What I see here is ESPHome- it looks like plugin for smart home broker

  • I would like to avoid run extra broker for only one lamp

• how can i flash it, any tutorial ?

If this only with ESPHOME solution, are there any standalone ?

1. This project replaces the ESP32 stock firmware with a ESPHome based firmware (it's similar to tasmota)
2. You can enable a component called web_server if you want to control your lamp using a web browser

4. ESPHome is a standalone solution (= it's a firmware)
