YLXDD-0033 production date 11/2025 UART disabled via efuse?

I have a ceilingb YLXDD-0033 and I'am trying to flash ESPHome. I have 3.3 V, GND, GPIO0 (directly to GND), RX and TX connected to my serial console. EN pulled with 12k to VCC. No matter what I try, EN to GND etc. I cannot execute any esptool command and I can't get a connection. Other ESP32 work fine.

So did Xiaomi kill an efuse and disabled UART permanently?

that should be enough

EN pulled with 12k to VCC. No matter what I try, EN to GND etc.

EN is reset, it's not required, I think.
You can just connect pins described above to usb uart dongle and then plug it in.

But even if i ignore it, no luck. I tested my etup with another esp32, everything works there.

I desolded the Wroom Module and replaced it with a generic one. Now I have ESPHome on my lamp :)

If anybody wants to analyse if Xiaomi really did blow the UART fuses I will send this Wroom module to them. International shipping is on me!

@syssi maybe we need a warning, that Xiaomi lamps could have disabled UART now.
