Opened the gates to hell: Multi-threading for the AP2 server instances.

Makes things smoother for multiple HomeKit connections.
Makes chasing bugs more fun/challenging.

Multiple clients now work OK, but the logging headers might not be
correct.

Warning: trying to stream from multiple senders simultaneously won't be
a happy experience.
