Caddy with geoblocking is missing HTTP3 support

Caddy with geoblocking community containers is missing HTTP3 support
All that is needed is to add mapping for UDP port 443 and add "h3" to protocols in the Caddyfile

Hi, indeed h3 is disabled but by design as we need 443/udp for the turn server that runs in a different container. Please read
