Scenes like HUE

Hey there,

First of all, thank you for the brilliant work.
Is it possible to integrate scenes in such a way that Alexa recognizes them as scenes? Currently they are shown as plugs in the Matter Hub. This means Alexa also recognizes them as plugs.

There is no matter device type for that and it is unknown if/which devicetypes are mapped to "scenes" or such in Alexa, so unless we know more details here thats likely a "not possible"

So you think the problem is with Matter? The HUE Bridge transmits the scenes as "Scene" so Alexa can assign them accordingly. Matter can't do that in general?

Matter Scenes should come in 1.5 maybe finally ... so with this then also Scenes can be added/defined in Matter
