Alexa cannot turn on / off a Hue plug passed from Home Assistant Zigbee ZHA via Matter Hub to Alexa

Hue plug defined as Kitchen in Home Assistant Zigbee ZHA is passed over Matter hub to Alexa. This works. It is also possible to turn the plug on and off within Zigbee ZHA. The problem is that from Alexa it cannot be turned on or off. Type was set to plug within Alexa but it didn't help. Seems that there is a problem between Alexa and Matter on how to turn on and off devices such as a Hue plug. I'm using Matter hub version 3.0.0.alpha 87 , Home Assistant 2025.7.3. Any ideas what must be changed?

I deleted Kitchen in Alexa. Then I told Alexa: Discover devices. Kitchen was discovered and I could turn the hue plug on and off. This solved my issue.

Thank you. I had same issue with different Bulbs from IKEA. They were discovered but not switchable (and no color properties). So i delted them in the Alexa app and asked Alexa to recognize them. After that they were discovered again with correct properties and worked well.
