Include/Exclude option does not work, all devices offline in Google HA

Please help, I spent the whle night looking for the reason. I have HA set up on RP, setup is fresh, so everything is up to date. When installing Matter Hub I'm having everything ok, until bridge cofiguration. When I try to use include option it does not work, filtering out all devices: nothing is included. When removing the filter all devices, users automations are included in the hub. And then it is possible to connect with Google Home, devices are being imported, so I can see them, but they are offline. Any idea what is the reason?

Ok it looks like filtering option works, as I was adding labels on the device not on the entity level. But all the devices/entities added are offline in google assistant, even if the state on the bridge level is shown up to date. Please help
