Spanning wallpaper across multiple monitors is not centered vertically #643

Description

As title says. In other words, spanning works (and stays set; doesn't reset like some others have created issues for) but it only shows an upper portion of the image spanned across all the screens (it used to show the image spanned, but centered, now it is spanned, but image is slid downward a bit).

Image set (and I highlighted the region that is shown on desktop):

What I see on my desktop (cropped-out icons on left and most of task bar for privacy):
Image

  • WDD Version: WinDynamicDesktop 5.6.1 x64
  • OS Version: Edition Windows 11 Pro 24H2 build 26100.3775 with Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.26100.66.0

Steps to Reproduce:

  1. Set a theme in WDD
  2. Right-click Desktop
  3. Select Personalize
  4. Select Background
  5. Choose a fit for your desktop image: Span

Are you using the Microsoft Store version of WDD?: No

Other notes:

  • All monitors are aligned left to right in Windows display setup, as shown below:

  • I originally installed via Microsoft Store, and noticed the issue. I then uninstalled the MS Store version and installed the downloadable/locally installable version. Same issue.

Any ideas how to get the original functionality back, where spanned image is centered? Or any way to tweak or change the portion shown?
