Display error when out of storage quota #26
Description
Depends on #24.
When out of WAS Space storage quota, disable the 'Create Public Link' share button.
Need to think of a good way to display error message, something like “You’ve reached your free storage limit. Please remove a shared credential.” Possibly via an (i) information icon?
