feat: add convex as a ORM/auth option #2133

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
This is not related to a problem. However it would be nice to see the ability to add convex as an auth and/or ORM option when running the create t3-app command.
Describe the solution you'd like to see
This would simply be another option or two in the ORM and auth option sections.
Describe alternate solutions
This could also be done as a lone option as there are some uses for convex with a traditional ORM/DB.

However I will be more than happy to make a PR if it is likely to be merged.
