feat: Migration guide for updating repo

Is it able to provide a migration guide to update the entire turborepo?
I started my project with this template 1yr ago, and I would like to migrate my project to the current template as are many changes in package dependencies, e.g. eslint (from 8.56.0 to 9.x.0), pnpm (with catalogs) and more.
And this is why I am looking for a migration guide (or even a script) to update my repo.

Describe the solution you'd like to see

If there will be a script to migrate these repo setups, that would be super amazing!
