Animate Delay field - no decimals allowed

Hello,

i have found a small issue - the field [tx_t3sbootstrap_animateCssDelay] only allows whole numbers, no decimals. 
But for most cases the step of whole seconds is too much.

Same for field: [tx_t3sbootstrap_animateCssDuration]

Animate.css itself allows decimals for the delay and other fields. So i assume it is just a configuration issue of the field in Typo3.
