I wish subscriptions.create( ) supported "messages"

Big fan of this library - I am currently utilizing it to dynamically update subscriptions on my Company's Tableau Server based upon some business logic (person's title / position). It would be even more awesome if the SubscriptionItem class supported adding a "message" as you can do when you manually create a subscription to a view.

Additionally, it would be beneficial to indicate to not send the subscription if the view is empty, as you can view the web UI.

These features were added in 2021: 88a0188

message	The text body of the subscription email message.
content-type	Workbook to create a subscription for a workbook, or View to create a subscription for a view.
send-view-if-empty-flag	(Optional) Applies to views only. If true, an image is sent even if the view specified in a subscription is empty. If false, nothing is sent if the view is empty. The default value is true.
