Error while adding the connected app add site to config page

We followed these instructions and tried to upload manifest file within our organization (please note our org is behind a firewall) and when adding the connected app we're running into this error "Could not verify these connected app details actually work. Could not authenticate to Tableau as myname@ourorgdomain.com using connected app JWT {}" Could you please assist?
