I'm attempting to construct an "out of source tree" library to perform interactive debugging using the interactiveConsole.h interface. We are currently unable to include watchpoints in external libraries because the watchPoint.h is not installed by default.

I'll also update the iconsole_pr branch so this makes it to sst15.1

It needs to be added to Makefile.am so that it gets installed.

Lost track of this. I think this should be fixed with current sst-core devel branch. Let me know if not
