Scan doesn't find R02 on Windows 10

QRing app finds the ring, I can do real-time HR measurement etc.

Any way to diagnose the issue?

Are you using WSL? There's no way for the Linux VM to access Bluetooth at the level required to make this client work. You can try installing the client on just windows

Installed on Windows, running from Powershell.

At first, I forgot to enable Bluetooth and was getting an error message (see below), but after enabling Bluetooth it's just an empty list now, so I assume it is accessing Bluetooth alright?
