Test-Grid: Auto-deploy config changes from GitHub repo #12
Description
The VM behind testgrid.tahoe-lafs.org runs the config from https://github.com/tahoe-lafs/infrastructure/tree/main/testgrid.tahoe-lafs.org but is still manually updated/deployed.
A change to the main branch of the testgrid's configuration should re-deploy that configuration.
