Can we allocate a array with runtime length in taichi.kernel or taichi.func?

I need to use some algorithm that needs to allocate arrays to store some temp values. However, I find that Taichi cannot allocate a field or vector with a length that will be provided in runtime. Is there any solution to overcome this limitation?

I have tried:

@ti,kernel
def foo(n):
    ti.Vector([0]*n)
    ti.Vector(list(range(n)))

but failed.
