Avoid automatic timeout-retry during manual auth #339
Description
When connecting to a remote node, it's timeout is too short and usually open up multiple login tabs before I can finish my first login. Even worse, two timeouts render the VS Code session invalid.
I have to re-open the remote session after I am done logging in at the first open tab, and close the other browser tabs.
Instead, is it possible to launch one browser tab and wait, optionally let users to manually open a tab to reattampt logins if the first one fails for some reason?
