Support for custom variant documentation

Right now, if I add a custom variant, the hover docs will show the relevant CSS:

But as far as I can tell, there's no way for me to add documentation to these variants. I'd love if comments (either above the @variant or inside it, either way) could be incorporated into this hover text to make it easier for people to learn how a custom variant works.
