Intellisense extremely slow in latest release

Latest version of the extension is extremely slow and the vscode autocomplete can take up to a minute before it resolves. This is not a problem in v0.14.16

A few questions:

1. Can you provide:

• logs from running the "Tailwind CSS: Show Output" command
• a reproduction project

2. Does this happen in any project for you (even something like a simple Vite project?)
3. Does the autocomplete become fast once it's appeared for the first time?
4. Are your projects on a network drive or just on a normal SSD or hard drive?

There's a really high chance this is related to #1381. I'll probably finalize that can get a release out tonight or tomorrow.

Since I haven't heard back in a few weeks I'm going to close this as there was a really good chance that 0.14.19 fixed the issue anyway.
