CSS reset for text-underline-offset

Hey folks,

Currently discovered some inconsistencies between browsers regarding text-underline-offset.

Do you think that this could be included also in the Preflight file?

This is how Chrome, Safari and Firefox are rendering a simple a tag with an underline

Currently the offsets I noticed are:

Browser	Offset
Chrome	4px
Safari	2.5px
Firefox	6px

An idea would be to default them to 4px, to match Chrome's value? What do you think?

For our use-case it made difference as in some browsers it was conflicting with an outline of our Link component.
