Upgrade tools fails to upgrade the TailwindCSS from v3 to v4.

Upon following the upgrade guide, and using the upgrade tool.

When ran this command, npx @tailwindcss/upgrade@next

this is the result.

≈ tailwindcss v4.0.0

Now, I checked the destination it is trying to resolve the tailwind.config.js file from, and the destination only has a file named, index.mjs.

I'm using Node v22, and npm v11

It seems to be an issue specific to Windows OS. If you really want to proceed with the migration, I recommend cloning your project on a Linux-based system or using WSL (Windows Subsystem for Linux). Then, run the migration tool in that environment. This approach worked for me when using WSL.

The upgrade utility should support native Windows, it's the most used OS by far...
