About setting up new version if tainwindcss

I’m new to Tailwind CSS and I’m quite confused about how to use it. All the models, such as ChatGPT, are recommending the older version, but none of them provide any information on how to use the newer version. Could someone kindly guide me through the process of using Tailwind CSS, with an example if possible?
