How to use important string config in V4

Hello All,

We were using important config in V3 to prefix all the CSS without modifying the code which is very handy. However I can't see this option in V4 and it's vital feature in micro frontend world.

important: '.mfe-app-a'

I just used the migration tool and looks like tailwind.config.js is still supported and following code got injected to index.css file. Also prefix via important prop is still working!

@import 'tailwindcss';

@config '../tailwind.config.js';
