Commands to start the django project

Hey @fifieldt ,

would that be okay to have some indication on how to start the project?

I've tried:

virtualenv env
source env/bin/activate
pip install -r requirements.txt
python manage.py runserver

But looks like I'm missing a step:

Missing the database initialization:
Manage.Py makemigrations
Manage.Py migrate
