Skipping artifact deployment

maven.deploy.skip doesn't work with takari:deploy, I didn't find properties with similar functionality either.

Each takari mojo have skip configuration, hence, you can add to deploy mojo config:

<configuration>
  <skip>${maven.deploy.skip}</skip>
</configuration>

But yes, nothing out of the box.
