Not working on OSX10.10.4

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Apps not functioning on OSX10.10.4

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
No plugins are working as expected

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
OSX10.10.4, tried SIMBL and EasySIMBL and neither working

If this is an Installer problem, please run the Installer again and from
the "Window" menu, select "Installer Log". Save the Install Log and attach
it to your bug report.

Same experience. EasySimbl is definitely problematic. Simbl 0.9.9 sporadically 
crashes.
