Minor modifications in relation to viva corrections #99
Description
In order to update plots and extend figure some minor modifications are required to the codebase.
This may include:
- Updates to how confusion matrices are made
- Updates to how CAMs are drawn -- move out of notebooks into standalone files
- Be able to re-process raw plasticc data, ideally with
polarsend-to-end
