Error mingw

Not sure why that's happening, since the file it's trying to access does exist. I've tested several versions of Python (3.6, 3.7, 3.8 and 3.9), and I also tried installing it through MSYS2/MinGW but encountered several issues, such as error: target not found when trying to install the package.

how did you install the program? are you installing it through aur?
have you checked what libtdjson do you have in E:\Python39\Lib\site-packages\pgpgram? because I have it in my pkg.
