Version 0.2.0 not tagged

The recently on PyPi released version 0.2.0 isn't tagged here on GitHub. Can we, please, get the commit that got released, tagged?

(AFAICT, it was commit e5db0c6).

Oh, I just realized this is not the only version related issue - __version__ in rpdb/__init__.py should also be updated.
