Investigate logging of MAVLink data.

Experimental flight test seems to show that we are not getting correct data for the RCIN and RCOUT parameters. Need to determine why we aren't getting accurate data here.

I think the code to detect new MAVLink RC packets is broken, but I don't know how this would affect the logging.

Since we're currently using direct control surface measurements and have the workaround of matching log files using GPS time, this issue is a lower priority.
