Create a default configuration file to be installed with DEB/RPM packages.

Create a default configuration file suitable for installation into /etc/dftirc for installation so that a package will work without user configuration.

Probably will end up just copying the dftirc file from the BeagleBone Black on the SysID SuperCub and use that as a default with changeme as the serial port values.
