Bump package version on merge on master

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When merging to master, the package version does not change. Even though the code base has evolved.

Describe the solution you'd like
It would be interesting to have an automated version bump whenever something is merged to master. This could go through travis.yml.
